Trade Partners Credit Request Form

Club Med offer the credit option to your client when his/her booking is affected by the Australian or New Zealand Government international travel restrictions.

For departures between 18 March 2021 – 17 June 2021, if your client wishes to postpone and get a credit for the amount already paid, please fill in the form below with your client’s travel information.

We will process the request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Your client will:

a) receive a Future Travel Credit for the full amount your client has paid for the resort, transfers, and any Club Med resort services such as Baby Club, Petit Club, excursions, spa packages, or private sports lessons. Their Future Travel Credit can be redeemed for travel to any Club Med resort subject to the following terms:

– If your client’s original booking was made prior to 10 June 2020, your client’s new travel date must be completed by 30 April 2022 for Club Med Snow/Mountain resorts or by 31 October 2022 for travel to Club Med beach and countryside.

– If your client’s booking was made from 10 June 2020 for travel up until 31 October 2021, your client’s new travel date must be completed by 31 October 2022 to any Club Med resorts.

b) if your client has booked flights with us, we will work with your nominated airline and advise you of your client’s options. This will be determined by their own booking terms and conditions.

Once your client’s booking is cancelled, we will send you a credit letter outlining the credit amount and detailed Terms & Conditions. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
