Club Med offer the credit option to you when your booking is affected by the Australian or New Zealand Government international travel restrictions.
If you have made your booking through a Travel agent, please contact your travel agent directly to discuss your options.
If you have made your booking through Club Med directly – either online or through our Call Center, please call us directly on 1800 258 263 if you hold a booking less than 30 days before your departure date.
For all other departures before 17 September 2021, if you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a Future Travel Credit for the full amount you have paid for the resort, transfers, and any Club Med resort services such as Baby Club, Petit Club, excursions, spa packages, or private sports lessons, please fill in the form below with your travel information. The Future Travel Credit is valid for travel by the following dates:
– by 30 April 2022 for Club Med mountain resorts within the Ski season.
– by 31 October 2022 for Club Med beach and countryside resorts.
If you have booked flights with us, we will work with your nominated airline and advise you of your options. This will be determined by their own booking terms and conditions.
Once your booking is cancelled, we will email you a credit letter outlining the credit amount and detailed Terms & Conditions. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
