Club Med offer the credit option to you when your booking is affected by the Australian or New Zealand Government international travel restrictions.
If you have made your booking through a Travel agent, please contact your travel agent directly to discuss your options.
If you have made your booking through Club Med directly – either online or through our Call Center:
a.) Please call us directly on 1800 258 263 if you hold a booking less than 30 days before your departure date.
b.) For all other departures before 17 June 2021, if you wish to cancel your reservation and get a credit for the amount already paid for your stay, please fill in the form below with your travel information
We will process the request and get back to you as soon as possible.
You will :
a.) receive a Future Travel Credit for the full amount you have paid for the resort, transfers, and any Club Med resort services such as Baby Club, Petit Club, excursions, spa packages, or private sports lessons. Your Future Travel Credit can be redeemed for travel to any Club Med resort subject to the following terms:
– If your original booking was made prior to 10th June 2020, your new travel date must be completed by 30 April 2022 for Club Med Snow/Mountain resorts or by 31 October 2022 for travel to Club Med beach and countryside.
– If your booking was made from 10 June 2020 for travel up until 31 October 2021, your new travel date must be completed by 31 October 2022 to any Club Med resorts.
b.) if you have booked flights with us, we will work with your nominated airline and advise you of your options. This will be determined by their own booking terms and conditions.
Once your booking is cancelled, we will issue a credit letter outlining the credit amount and detailed Terms & Conditions. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
